Young Moms Connect is here to help! We can connect you with resources in your local community and with other young moms who might share your experiences. We can also tell you where to get help if you want to quit smoking or are in an abusive relationship, or if you need to find healthcare coverage for yourself or your child.
Young Moms Connect is a collaborative partnership made possible through federal funding provided to the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services -- Division of Public Health, Women and Children’s Branch.
Funding is provided directly to the following five North Carolina counties through August 2013: Bladen, Rockingham, Onslow, Wayne, and Nash.
